JPSolid product and great Customer Service Solid product for milk based espresso drinks. Had an issue with one of the baskets and they were quick to replace it after confirming a few things. Highly recommend getting a second basket to be able to pull a double shot more easily.

BGGreat product and great customer… Great product and great customer service. The taste of the coffee is amazing. I didn't expect so good espresso. Tried both methods with ground coffee and capsules. For travelling capsules are more convenient for me.

And the customer service is friendly and responsive. They have resolved a technical issue for me by sending me a replacement product. Recommend!
