But after contacting them about the shipping issue, and seeing their response and follow-up, I could tell that they cared about the customer's inconvenience and were very professional. Service is 5 stars… After receiving the product i quickly realized Outin product was not for me, and i started the return process, the return process took several emails back and fourth, with some frustration, but eventually the high quality, friendly, quick replies and professional service of Carina helped me complete my return process. Overall I believe Outin is a quality company who is on their way to success. One thing sure, Carina is a caring person for the customers. Thank you Carina.
