Service is 5 stars… After receiving the product i quickly realized Outin product was not for me, and i started the return process, the return process took several emails back and fourth, with some frustration, but eventually the high quality, friendly, quick replies and professional service of Carina helped me complete my return process. Overall I believe Outin is a quality company who is on their way to success. One thing sure, Carina is a caring person for the customers. Thank you Carina.

Great Customer Service I have been dealing with a customer support agent,Carina, regarding a battery problem with a Nano which must have been made on a Friday. She and her team have been really great at sorting out my problems. I have yet to test the new Nano in the rough but stand by. The wilds of Wales next month!
