The LED light string was labeled incorrectly. DC voltage markings were reversed. Problems with my last model were corrected with a replacement part. Very responsive and pro-active customer service.

I highly recommend Metal Time The support is fantastic and the Metal Time Team is very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys! The quality of the models is great and they Look awesome.

Fantastic product I ordered this from Canada, and expected to wait a couple months for it to arrive, but it came around three weeks after purchasing, so that was a plus. Also the free shipping was a great bonus. The actual product itself came in very nice condition with no visible abnormalities. The instructions were clear but didn't show a step by step to make it easy, but that was ok as long as you look ahead in the instructions. There were only about one or two pieces in the five sets that I got that had slight defects, other than that I can't really complain. Love the work that Metal Time is doing and highly encourage more collaborations with other companies like World of Tanks. Definately worth it!
