I order from them at April 17 and i got… I order from them at April 17 and i got my order today. Nearly 1 month. The trucking system says the same thing for days no information.

The LED light string was labeled incorrectly. DC voltage markings were reversed. Problems with my last model were corrected with a replacement part. Very responsive and pro-active customer service.

GREAT AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE I REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT MOTOR FOR THE AIR FORCE TURBO KIT AND ALEX WAS VERY COOPERATIVE IN MAKING IT HAPPEN. I RECEVEED THE MOTOR THIS AND WILL PROCEED WITH THE ASSEMBLY. ALEX ALO HELPED WITH ASSEMBLY FIT PROBLEMS WHICH I'M STILL IN THE PROCESS OF CORRECTING. The kit was in fun packaging and seemed… The kit was in fun packaging and seemed to have everything you needed. Folding some of the larger pieces, specifically the sides of the lighthouse, was a disaster. The engraving on the sides was much softer and maleable than the creases where you should fold. There didn't seem to be a way to fold the tower without the engraved panels themselves rounding. The spaces between the panels should be the easiest to fold. I have a small sheet folder for lithographed brass but it just wasn't big enough to go around the large multipanel piece. It doesn't have to be too easy, but I still don't know how I would make that fold and I am not a beginner modeller.
