Folding some of the larger pieces, specifically the sides of the lighthouse, was a disaster. The engraving on the sides was much softer and maleable than the creases where you should fold. There didn't seem to be a way to fold the tower without the engraved panels themselves rounding. The spaces between the panels should be the easiest to fold. I have a small sheet folder for lithographed brass but it just wasn't big enough to go around the large multipanel piece. It doesn't have to be too easy, but I still don't know how I would make that fold and I am not a beginner modeller.

GBAd Astra Model Very fun to build & a beautiful model when finished. I built this one inside out like I did the Nautilus because I like the look of the etched fold lines against the polished stainless. It also takes a little more thought process to do that beyond the original instructions because you have to reverse some things!

GBThe more difficult, the better! I'm in the process of assembling Polar Express and waiting for Caspian Monster to arrive. I did Ukrainian Dream before and always enjoyed those models - excellent design, clear (almost always) instructions. I certainly hope to continue playing with those toys. The only thing I'd recommend - to create more high-end models with difficulty level 7+. Thank you for your engineering skills and beautiful designs.

GBThe metal guards DO NOT WORK The metal guards DO NOT WORK! They come apart and unstick right away and the price for them is just way too much for a product that does not work
