Stand by the product I really liked my Bruvi and the options it provided, but we were having an issue with it and they did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. It is freaking that a company stands behind their product like this!

Breaks down easily Its a nice coffee maker and it makes delicious coffee, but its broken down on me twice and their support hotline only works during the week and in PT time, so if it breaks down on you during the weekend or on the east coast, you are screwed as the troubleshooting guides are not online and no one is working.

Fantastic cup of Coffee Before Bruvi, I was ready to give up on home brewers. I was tired of the weak and watered-down coffee from my kurig and I was convinced that pods could never beat traditionally brewed coffee. But Bruvi has completely changed my tune. Hands-down the strongest and best tasting cup of coffee I’ve ever brewed from home. It comes out hot and quick and doesn't sacrifice taste for convenience. And speaking of convince, the ability to brew a cup from the app while laying in bed is an absolute godsend.
