GBStand by the product I really liked my Bruvi and the options it provided, but we were having an issue with it and they did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. It is freaking that a company stands behind their product like this!

GBI cleared the clutter on my counter I received a Bruvi brewer as part of a pilot program for testing and I am blown away. Not only for its beauty, but because of the fact it really makes coffee shop quality coffee, espresso, cold brew, etc in one machine. I finally have counter top space because I replaced all the different appliances (electric tea kettle, espresso maker, coffee maker) with Bruvi. Highly recommend.

GBReturn shipping not covered Update: Bruvi did offer to get a discounted shipping label for me, which was about $42 instead of nearly $100, which was nice. I still think the return policy should be more obvious, especially since it's so expensive to ship. But they did help, so I changed my rating. I bought Bruvi as a gift, and the recipient cannot use it. Unfortunately, Bruvi doesn't offer return shipping, so I have to choose whether to return it and pay nearly $100 to ship it back, or I can give it away (or try to sell it for local pickup). I understand they say they can't afford to pay return shipping, but if they aren't going to do that, perhaps they should make buyers aware in an obvious way before taking their money for a $400 machine.

GBBreaks down easily Its a nice coffee maker and it makes delicious coffee, but its broken down on me twice and their support hotline only works during the week and in PT time, so if it breaks down on you during the weekend or on the east coast, you are screwed as the troubleshooting guides are not online and no one is working.

GBPod delivery ..... urgh. This is an update to my previous 5 star review for Bruvi. After really loving this machine and using it , I went to reorder pods. I assumed they delivered pods really quickly like Nespresso ( almost overnight with a carrier ) but they do not. Your only option for pod delivery is USPS which like the worst carrier ever in my area. Theft is rampant. When I tried to reach CS about this , no one answered the phone ( bad ) and I had to email and ask if there was a different carrier I could pay for that was faster and actually reliable. Fed Ex ? UPS ? 3 days later I got an email that told me I could " call my Post Office " and ask for doorstep delivery of my order. This my friends , divides the men from the boy in terms of top shelf anything ( products ). Can you get overnight delivery ? In this case , for a very expensive machine that uses an exclusive pod , they only ship via unreliable dinosaur USPS. Additionally , they rely on Zen Desk for sloppy customer service. Bummer. I looked on Amazon was was able to get same day shipping of pods through them. Is Bruvi shipping pods through Amazon ? if so , good but the CS never told me that . If not , they are going to lose their pod business to Amazon's spectacular same day delivery of coffee when you need it.
