GBI love my Bruvi I love my Bruvi! I used to spend a ton of money each day on a latte. I don't do dairy, so it was over $6/day it was getting annoying. Now with my Bruvi and a $35 milk steamer I can recreate a better latte/mocha at a fraction of the cost!

GBReturn shipping not covered Update: Bruvi did offer to get a discounted shipping label for me, which was about $42 instead of nearly $100, which was nice. I still think the return policy should be more obvious, especially since it's so expensive to ship. But they did help, so I changed my rating. I bought Bruvi as a gift, and the recipient cannot use it. Unfortunately, Bruvi doesn't offer return shipping, so I have to choose whether to return it and pay nearly $100 to ship it back, or I can give it away (or try to sell it for local pickup). I understand they say they can't afford to pay return shipping, but if they aren't going to do that, perhaps they should make buyers aware in an obvious way before taking their money for a $400 machine.

GBHands down the best coffee I’ve ever… Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever tried! Bruvi is the best machine for my daily iced coffees and matchas in the morning. I love the versatility the machine offers, and It’s so easy and convenient! I just wake up, schedule the time I want it, and done! Fresh and delicious coffee everytime

GBImpressive Machine- Lousy Coffee Impressive machine, lousy coffee! I tried most of the B-Pods available for the Bruvi machine and I was very disappointed. The Coffee tastes almost like plain water. The fact that Bruvi does not offer the option of 4 Oz cups (which Keurig does), contributes to the coffee-water ratio issue. I just ordered a reusable pod, and I'll test it with my own coffee. Another issue is the slow shipping method; it took 11 days for the machine to arrive. Bruvi charges double the price (or more) than similar machines, yet they choose the cheapest/slowest shipping method. (At least give the customer an option of paying for faster shipping).

GBStand by the product I really liked my Bruvi and the options it provided, but we were having an issue with it and they did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. It is freaking that a company stands behind their product like this!
