I loooove my Bruvi I loooove my Bruvi! It gets my morning going in the right direction. It’s easy to use and makes a fabulous cup of coffee. I find the chimes helpful to alert me when my cup of coffee has finished brewing and is ready to enjoy. The coffee is delicious, the pods are eco-friendly, and it’s an aesthetically pleasing machine. Excellent job, Bruvi Team!!

Bruvi has options I haven't had my Bruvi long and I don't drink coffee every day, but I sure enjoy the quickness of it and also the fact I have options, like hot water for my tea. It is a very neat and clever machine.

Great machine This brewer makes great coffee, has a nice size tank that keeps me from refilling too often, has an app that allows me to brew my morning coffee while I'm getting ready for work... I could go on, but I'll run out of space. It's great!

The unit itself is very nice but Ive had better coffee The unit itself is very nice. The pods taste about the same. I dont like that they dont have many choices and you can only use their pods. There are no decaf samples in the variety pack it comes with so you are forced to buy separate pods that are decaf. You can buy 2 reusable expensive pods if you want to use your own coffee grounds. I find the coffee is not really hot when its done brewing. You can see water go into your cup towards the end of brewing instead of coffee. I am really disappointed and am not sure if I will return the unit. If you return it, you have to pay for shipping which is $40.00-80.00 since it is heavy and is packed in 3 different boxes to protect the unit. I feel Keurig has better coffee and comes out hotter, although Keurig always has issues with their coffeemakers. I know this is a small company that started in Nov 2022 but this is my honest opinion. The bruvi coffeemaker is expensive so make sure you want it before you buy it.

Pod delivery ..... urgh. This is an update to my previous 5 star review for Bruvi. After really loving this machine and using it , I went to reorder pods. I assumed they delivered pods really quickly like Nespresso ( almost overnight with a carrier ) but they do not. Your only option for pod delivery is USPS which like the worst carrier ever in my area. Theft is rampant. When I tried to reach CS about this , no one answered the phone ( bad ) and I had to email and ask if there was a different carrier I could pay for that was faster and actually reliable. Fed Ex ? UPS ? 3 days later I got an email that told me I could " call my Post Office " and ask for doorstep delivery of my order. This my friends , divides the men from the boy in terms of top shelf anything ( products ). Can you get overnight delivery ? In this case , for a very expensive machine that uses an exclusive pod , they only ship via unreliable dinosaur USPS. Additionally , they rely on Zen Desk for sloppy customer service. Bummer. I looked on Amazon was was able to get same day shipping of pods through them. Is Bruvi shipping pods through Amazon ? if so , good but the CS never told me that . If not , they are going to lose their pod business to Amazon's spectacular same day delivery of coffee when you need it.
