Stand by the product I really liked my Bruvi and the options it provided, but we were having an issue with it and they did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. It is freaking that a company stands behind their product like this!

I cleared the clutter on my counter I received a Bruvi brewer as part of a pilot program for testing and I am blown away. Not only for its beauty, but because of the fact it really makes coffee shop quality coffee, espresso, cold brew, etc in one machine. I finally have counter top space because I replaced all the different appliances (electric tea kettle, espresso maker, coffee maker) with Bruvi. Highly recommend.

Impressive Machine- Lousy Coffee Impressive machine, lousy coffee! I tried most of the B-Pods available for the Bruvi machine and I was very disappointed. The Coffee tastes almost like plain water. The fact that Bruvi does not offer the option of 4 Oz cups (which Keurig does), contributes to the coffee-water ratio issue. I just ordered a reusable pod, and I'll test it with my own coffee. Another issue is the slow shipping method; it took 11 days for the machine to arrive. Bruvi charges double the price (or more) than similar machines, yet they choose the cheapest/slowest shipping method. (At least give the customer an option of paying for faster shipping).

A great coffee machine A great coffee machine. Brews quickly and allows you to customize in many ways. Lots of favor choices. Very happy customer.

The low acid brew option has enabled me… The low acid brew option has enabled me to enjoy coffee regularly again. On top of that they have awesome choices for coffee. Looking forward to the tea options as well. I use it every day sometimes multiple times a day that’s the best feedback I can give.
