No broadband for three weeks No broadband for three weeks. No landlines for five weeks, and ongoing. Cancellation charge made, although we are still with xln. After many years of impeccable - if expensive - service this has now collapsed after being taken over by Daisy. 30 minute waits to speak to a real person make it impractical to sort it out. Bots and chatlines don't seem able to solve problems. 2 star rating given only because we did finally manage to get our broadband. Much time wasted trying to get a resolution.

On this account there are 2 issues On this account there are 2 issues 1st issue is I'm charged on invoices for business assurance which I don't want and I didn't approved and I don't want to pay for it 2nd issue is on the invoice it's says I have XLN antivirus but I don't know how to use it And I have a another account with XLN account number (4545097) on this account I have a mobile phone number ending with 783 and this SIM has internet problems since last 2 months the internet isn't working properly

He moved the call along at a great pace without neither rushing us or dragging out the process. Very happy with the call today and the manner in which we were dealt with.
