GBPoor Customer service Poor Customer service , After Being a customer for over 15 Years we decided to switch suppliers as the deals offered were much better elsewhere. All XLN Tried to do is keep us tied in , even after agreeing to a full cancellation they claimed that we did not cancel the broadband as it was a seperate contract which it clearly was not. In the end it was too much to keep calling them and being passed around for more convincing to keep our contract. I ended up paying for 3 months extra even though the services were never used. Glad to be finally rid of them

GBWarning: Avoid XLN at All Costs! Absolutely horrendous experience with XLN! It's been four months asking for refund the money they took after canceling their service and still have't receive anything!!! Their customer support was unresponsive throughout the process, leaving me in the dark and extremely frustrated. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your service needs. XLN Telecom clearly lacks professionalism and respect for customers.
