GBWORST COMPANY EVER After waiting close to a month I finally cancelled my order. Their customer service is a joke. I was outright lied to in more than one email and the rest of the emails were simply form letters with no info. After 22 emails back and forth I was finally told the product I ordered was out of stock indefinitely. They took my money the minute I ordered now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. I do not mind waiting as long as I am told the truth throughout the process. After spending thousands of dollars with this company this year I am going to take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone else does so as well. They have even removed reviews and comments on their social media pages so I am sure they have lied and attempted to steal from others

GBI have loved this brand of Spiced Chai… I have loved this brand of Spiced Chai since early 2000 when I first tried it in a local coffee chop in Westlake Village, CA. Since moving to Richmond, VA in 2004, I have had more difficulty finding it, but have found it in a couple of gourmet grocery stores. Now the chai is so hard to find, even on a large, Prime website that has not been able to provide it on subscription for the past few months. Then I found SeriousSips.com and had a supply for the next month or two within a week. Thank you!

After I placed my order saw an additional coupon code on their website so I called customer service for the discount, made an additional purchase to qualify and received everything within a few days. Great service, low prices and the shipping cost is not so bad. Thank you!

GB*star I spoke to Customer Service at Serious Sips about my order price being raised (without explanation) at checkout after I sign in. Customer Service blamed the delivery companies like UPS and USPS. She said they charge more to deliver to a residence than a business. I never ever had an incident in my 60 years, that I was charged more for delivery because my address was not a business.
