GBTied with competitor I've been pretty serious about frozen bean frappe mix but didn't know how to find it at the same low cost after Walmart stopped carrying it for another flavor. I decided to try this and honestly, I'm having a really hard time telling them apart! I'm upset with myself that I didn't try it sooner!

GBAfter a week and multiple calls, package still hasn’t ship I can honestly said, it has been a horrible experience! I made an order on April 28 and I was supposed to receive the package last weekend. Long story short, the package still hasn’t ship and I have made multiple calls to try to resolve the issue and expedite the situation. The online order status says one thing different at how they are managing their orders. One of the products that I ordered was sold out and no one contacted me to let me know, thanks God I called and cancelled that product so my order could processed. My package suppose to be here today and still hasn’t ship. Customer representative told me basically that it was my fault because I was calling after 4 pm and by that time they can’t do anything because FedEx drivers pick up packages at 4 pm, therefore, even though I called multiple days and times, following up my order, they couldn’t help. Extremely displeased and honestly mad at the terrible experience.

GBWORST COMPANY EVER After waiting close to a month I finally cancelled my order. Their customer service is a joke. I was outright lied to in more than one email and the rest of the emails were simply form letters with no info. After 22 emails back and forth I was finally told the product I ordered was out of stock indefinitely. They took my money the minute I ordered now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. I do not mind waiting as long as I am told the truth throughout the process. After spending thousands of dollars with this company this year I am going to take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone else does so as well. They have even removed reviews and comments on their social media pages so I am sure they have lied and attempted to steal from others

GBQuite disappointed I placed my order on April 11th and it arrived on May 6th. I paid for shipping (ground if I’m not mistaken) to speed my delivery up after the expected 10-12 day warehouse delays due to an increase in demand. What wasn’t okay is that I opened my package only to discover that 2 of 3 of my island oasis drink mixes are damaged. They are crushed to the point that one can’t even stand upright and the the tops are ripped almost clean off so I’m unable to to close my drinks once they’re opened. I was very disappointed by this this. The amazing prices were hardly worth it.

GBI order several bottles of elder flower… I order several bottles of elder flower syrup that I needed for my bussiness and the order was never shipped to my home and redirected back to their dock within the two days. When I contacted the company by email they stated tat they refunded the money back on my card. This is unacceptable as a bussiness to not shipped the product out to the customer. I would never again order from this company. What ever happen with te shipping was a mistake on their end. I got confmation that it went back to their dock sign by rebbecca. Instead of shipping the merchandise out they refund my money. If i would have not contacted them they would have not reached out knowing this error happen from them.
