GBHorrible experience all around Customer service is horrible. They don't actually read what you tell then and then they respond with a generic response. They bother you with emails even after you cancel with them. The pork smells awful and my dog didn't like the food, tried pork and chicken with her. Plus the packaging is horrible, hard to get the food out and the spot you are supposed to be able to pull to open it doesn't work on any of them.

GBMy dog's loved the first delivery My dog's loved the first delivery, but hold off. The second delivery my 15 year old retriever refused to eat. The 4 year old the next day refused. Our 10 year old that will eat anything had to finish and we went back to freshpet. Pricing for NOM NOM is much more expensive and portions are misleading. I am sure it is a great product for those switching from kibble to fresh. Did not get the results I was hoping for. UPDATE they clearly are using AI for responses when their replies do not address the issues and are repeated throughout reviews.

GBNo more food allergies Since starting Nom Nom, I have noticed that my dogs dry skin and "running" eyes have stopped. He has the smoothest coat, no more dry skin and no more watery eyes. It has truly made such an impact and we are so thrilled! I could not recommend this company more!

GBQuality is not the same like last year Quality is not the same like last year. Food is mushy, watery with a lot of soggy potatoes. It's a lot like can wet food. My dog used to like the food before because of the chunks of meat and used to pick the potatoes and spit it out. Now it's all mushed like a gunk.
