GBHorrible experience all around Customer service is horrible. They don't actually read what you tell then and then they respond with a generic response. They bother you with emails even after you cancel with them. The pork smells awful and my dog didn't like the food, tried pork and chicken with her. Plus the packaging is horrible, hard to get the food out and the spot you are supposed to be able to pull to open it doesn't work on any of them.

GBBoth small dogs absolutely loved the… Both small dogs absolutely loved the beef and the turkey. One jumped for joy, other too old to jump. However: Canceled for two reasons. First younger dog vomited all contents of stomach around house just before running out of first shipment. Second, packages are too hard for me to open with my arthritis, had to cut them open. Opening tabs sometimes misplaced and just did not work for me. Cancellation was easy and immediate.

GBNova cannot wait to eat breakfast Nova cannot wait to eat breakfast. I only give her half in the morning with kibble and the changes with her behavior and personality and coat have been amazing. My baby is so playful I can’t keep up!! Highly recommend the switch !!
