Dogs love the food and great customer service My dogs are super picky because I feed them broasted organic chicken, grass fed tenderloin and king salmon. They stopped eating even high quality kibble and raw foods. I wasn’t comfortable solely feeding them home cooked because I didn’t want to have to figure out what mix and how much supplemental vitamins I would need to add. Enter Nom Nom. They love the chicken and the turkey and will eat the beef (let’s face it, grass fed tenderloin makes any other beef seem less tasty). I no longer feed them kibble. Their customer service is also great. Had an issue with FedEx and Nom Nom stepped in immediately to fix.

I don't know what to say I don't know what to say, I think maybe this might be a small company that they're inconsistent. I won't waste my time talking about the food too much, that's really up to your dog to decide and not reflective of the company, they use good ingredients I think, no issues for my dog and she has a sensitive stomach so I think on that front it's ok. As a company though, they have a lot of work to do. the packaging almost makes more work for me, trying to figure out when to take it out of the freezer to give it enough time to defrost because the blocks are so thick and they stick together because they are rubberbanded I can't get them unstuck sometimes without defrosting all of them and then I have to refreeze them, this is very concerning. Genuinely, you guys NEED a better system, take a look at the flat packaging from farmer's dog, that's how I also freeze my fruits and veggies at home, laid as flat as possible in zip loc bags, it's common for people who do a lot of freezing at home. You guys aren't amateurs anymore, and I like your product better than the others, but the packaging is actually physically painful to deal with and not only inconveniencing but when I have to refreeze things I'm concerned about the quality of the food at that point, it's just not fair to the customer or to the pets. Now, the subscription service, there is not nearly enough transparency with pricing, or control over plan activity to the point where I was concerned this was a scam site. I have to cancel my subscription just to take a break and if I don't i'm automatically signed up for weeks worth of food I don't need and sometimes can't afford at the time. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and I've never been able to speak with a supervisor. Very recently, I moved and wanted to start budgeting for the meal plans, in order to even view the prices I had to click start meal plan, I didn't realize this would automatically activate the subscription and was charged $200 that week, I hadn't even gotten a chance to finish deciding what I wanted or update my profile to reflect my move, now they're in another state and I've spent $200 I really couldn't afford and no one could help me. There need to be more steps that's absolutely insane. I don't even have the option to remove my card information from the profile so now I have to cancel my card and order a new one which feels extreme but I can't risk anymore "accidents" like that in the future. It makes me uncomfortable that I have to be so careful with a company. You want to be able to trust a company that you have a subscription with and Nom Nom is impossible to trust. 0 to 100 for no reason.

Nom Nom has been incredible Nom Nom has been incredible. My best friend loves it. I had a small issue once and they fixed that issue immediately. The customer service is great and the product is making my kid the best version of himself with a healthier coat and diet. I've noticed significant positive changes in him and hope this company continues to prosper.

Portion sizes are perfect Portion sizes are perfect. My dog loves the chicken dinner.

2yr Old Sheltie, Rescued Our 2yr rescue sheltie, Kona, was such a picky eater when we adopted her in Dec. She even turned down home cooked meals. We tried lots of other brands recommended with no luck. Called our vet weekly to see what we could do, made sure no health issues, etc.. Introduced Nom Nom, with her, it was slow at first. Now she’ll stand by my side as I prepare her meals and doesn’t hesitate at all to eat. Her favorites are the Chicken and Beef. Thanks Nom Nom!!
