Opening tabs sometimes misplaced and just did not work for me. Cancellation was easy and immediate.

My dog used to like the food before because of the chunks of meat and used to pick the potatoes and spit it out. Now it's all mushed like a gunk.

Our 10 year old that will eat anything had to finish and we went back to freshpet. Pricing for NOM NOM is much more expensive and portions are misleading. I am sure it is a great product for those switching from kibble to fresh. Did not get the results I was hoping for. UPDATE they clearly are using AI for responses when their replies do not address the issues and are repeated throughout reviews.
