I have been a customer for over 10 years I exclusively drink tea (about 1/2 gallon a day) and I sometimes buy bottled ice tea, but making my own is both the most cost effective and best quality. I have gotten from local stores and have either gotten ripped off from places like Teavana or lower quality and only slightly cheaper from local stores. The Tea Spot has the second best quality and variety to anywhere I have got (next to Dobra tea) but by far the best value. I subscribe to the the Green and Black tea clubs and use both their seeping mug as well as tea balls, and am always pleasantly surprised by the tea variety. The website is a nice web interface which I think is pretty and easy to use, and if you call their number, you will get a friendly person in under a minute. I wish I could afford to get more Matcha, but theirs is way cheaper than anywhere else for the same quality.

I ordered a pound of Moroccan mint tea… I ordered a pound of Moroccan mint tea from The tea spot . Thinking Im getting a high quality item. I was shocked when I received the product. The tea was practically a sand. mint and green leaves grinded to a sand. Cheap quality. Now Im stuck with a tea I can not brew.

Ah-mazing Tea & Customer Service! I've been ordering from these guys for years. They always come through with amazing teas - so fresh in taste & aroma. AND they are quick to deliver. Their sweet customer service people are also wonderful, every time I've called. My favorite tea company by far!

Don't waste your money. Tea is ok, but they do not list their nutritional values nor does the Customer Service have it. That's highly suspicious, eso from a company that calls itself healthy. Why hide that info?!?!?

When did tea get SO good?! When I first found The Tea Spot, I didn't know where to start, there were so many blends that caught my eye. I never call companies for help, but decided I would, and it did not disappoint. After the phone call, I walked away feeling more knowledgeable of tea and now I have a collection of nearly a dozen of my favorite teas, all from The Tea Spot! They are delicious, and just when I think I have tried them all, they make a new blend that I can't resist!
