I've bought all kinds of teas and sample packs from many tea shops -- and I hereby proclaim The Tea Spot's the MOST delicious and best crafted. This came into focus recently when I decided to try samplers again from other tea shops. The teas are good but the Tea Spot truly has the best blends as far as I'm concerned, from the Boulder Breakfast, to the Oolong Coconut, to the green teas. I've now decided to get 90 percent of my tea (there are a few brands sold in stores that I occasionally have( Tea Spot. Why? 1)It's so simple to order, 2)the teas are absolutely delicious, 3)they send you a free sample 4) A donation is made to battle cancer with each purchase. YES I could resume getting samples from a bunch of places, and throwing some of those teas out. I'm just sticking with The Tea Spot.

Excellent product and even better Customer Service. I received an Urban Tea Tumbler for Christmas and it is brilliant. It is so simple to use and I have recommended it to anyone I know who enjoys their loose leaf tea. It's easy to clean and maintain and I've had no issues using it whilst travelling or between home or work. I also have to praise the excellent customer service of The Tea Spot. I had to get in touch to make and inquiry about my Tumbler and was put in contact with Ali who was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I am a firm believer that a good business relies on having good customer service and Ali went above and beyond to resolve my inquiry and I'm ever so thankful for the help I received.

When did tea get SO good?! When I first found The Tea Spot, I didn't know where to start, there were so many blends that caught my eye. I never call companies for help, but decided I would, and it did not disappoint. After the phone call, I walked away feeling more knowledgeable of tea and now I have a collection of nearly a dozen of my favorite teas, all from The Tea Spot! They are delicious, and just when I think I have tried them all, they make a new blend that I can't resist!
