Excellent product and even better Customer Service. I received an Urban Tea Tumbler for Christmas and it is brilliant. It is so simple to use and I have recommended it to anyone I know who enjoys their loose leaf tea. It's easy to clean and maintain and I've had no issues using it whilst travelling or between home or work. I also have to praise the excellent customer service of The Tea Spot. I had to get in touch to make and inquiry about my Tumbler and was put in contact with Ali who was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I am a firm believer that a good business relies on having good customer service and Ali went above and beyond to resolve my inquiry and I'm ever so thankful for the help I received.

They hide behind an excuse, not being returnable, but other online T companies immediately offer a return satisfaction policy. I would have been happy even with a credit for this product, tasted stale, but customer service would have nothing to do with it, even my customer service rep at T Spot said I personally don’t like this either but I’ve learned to drink it
