Customer Service Is NONRESPONSIVE The website stated 3-7 day delivery. There was no tracking information to determine where the order was. After no product was received after on the seventh day I tried to call the phone number, got voicemail and left a message but got no reply. I replied to the email generated with the order, got no reply. I tried chatting using the message feature on the website, got no reply (Ironically, the message feature states "We reply immediately" but they don't reply AT ALL). Don't do business with these people, you cannot depend on them.

Deceptive — BEWARE Deceptive marketing. No communication from company until using social media (they ignore email), to which the representative was highly unprofessional. They claim a refund was issued as a shipping minimum was not met — though they NEVER emailed or communicated about this cancellation, and they did not indicate a shipping minimum on the website or when placing the order. No refund was issued on my statement and I had to submit a claim with my credit card company for resolution. Beware, seems like a scam based on the reviews here and Google.
