Shipment never received & all communication fell on deaf ears (2x voicemail messages & online chat - which has since been conveniently removed). Initiated charge dispute with American Express & was credited as they investigate. Sad outcome because the online communication, for a week prior via online chat, was great - quick responses & could even pick up the item at their store. I took the bait…

I love the froth of the coffee and how… I love the froth of the coffee and how hot my coffee is. The vibration is strong and moved across my table. However after I adjusted the placement it was fine. I highly recommend this product. I feel like a barista now.
