GBGreat coffee! Offers Subscrptions! I've been shopping at the Pigeon Forge store since they opened even though I don't get out that way often. I love the freshly brewed coffee in the cafe there. I just recently became aware of the subscription service and am looking forward to receiving my first order. Thanks so much for the heads up to the staff at BRCC PF!

GBGood Coffee - Horrible Customer Service The coffee is fine, but the customer service is terrible. If all of your deliveries come as scheduled and you never have need to contact them, you will be happy. But, if you need to contact them about an issue, they don’t respond. I sent many messages, waited on hold for a very long time (multiple times) and tried their “Bots Chat”. No luck. I cancelled my subscription after 6 years.

GBBeen ordering since 2020 and oof Been ordering since 2020 and the coffee WAS amazing.... Back in 2020. Between recently receiving beans well over 2 months past roasting date and this god awful UPS innovations service taking over a week to move ONE state over, I'm done. For lower price I'll just support local roasters here in Phoenix.

GBLoyalty Rost I was given a 12oz package of your "Loyalty Rost" coffee. I spent 23 years in the USAF and with out a doubt this coffee is the absolute WORST tasting coffee I have ever had. During the brewing process it did not even smell like coffee or taste like the regular coffee I use.(maxwell house).

AUTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Order placed and paid using PayPal. I received payment receipt and order confirmation, however after a few days the order status changed to "not paid" on their website. No responses from their customer service after multiple attempts at contacting them. They didn't even respond to the Paypal dispute. Used to be good, but now essentially scammers cashing in on veterans as a marketing ploy.
