GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Product is good however customer service is HORRIBLE - been a customer for years. Had a subscription order sent incorrectly. Upwards to 3 hours to try to get it resolved. Replacement order sent by DHL 7 to 10 day minimum delivery. Can't talk to a supervisor. Can be put on a supervisor call back list to receive a call in about 3 to 4 business days. Wait times on the phone is upwards from 30 minutes to 2 hours when you are 4th in line Online chat when you have 1 ahead of you is 30 minutes ONE OF THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES- and this company is supposed to be Veteran owned and service Veterans

AUTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Order placed and paid using PayPal. I received payment receipt and order confirmation, however after a few days the order status changed to "not paid" on their website. No responses from their customer service after multiple attempts at contacting them. They didn't even respond to the Paypal dispute. Used to be good, but now essentially scammers cashing in on veterans as a marketing ploy.

GBHorrid customer service Horrid customer service. Too bad, my son loves this brand and I have been buying it for a while, switching between a few different brews. There was a quality issue, but no matter what I say in my communications, I just get a form reply with no resolution. American company, supposedly formed out of respect, then they get big and no longer care about their customers. This American no longer supports this company. I'll take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know.

GBAbsolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. Four weeks and I still have not received my coffee. No response to emails to customer service. The chat bot is a joke and never connects you to a live person. Today I had a line open on hold for 9 1/2 hours and never connected with a live person. The last two hours it kept repeating “18 people in the que”. They are a scam playing off being supporters of veterans. A complete hoax.

GBWas a great company at one point... Was a member for 3 years and loved the coffee and the company. Unfortunately their customer service has died. They charged me for items but never shipped them. Spent days trying to get thru to customer service to get a refund for the items they never shipped. Never could get a resolution. Finally had to reverse the charges with my credit card company.
