GBCannot talk to human Love the coffee and for the most part have had a positive experience until I needed to reach out and talk to a human regarding an issue with my account. Hold times longer than an hour with only 14 people in the queue. That’s unacceptable customer service! Do you only have 1 person answering calls? After 5 years it just might be time to move on to a different coffee brand with a customer service department.

GBWas a great company at one point... Was a member for 3 years and loved the coffee and the company. Unfortunately their customer service has died. They charged me for items but never shipped them. Spent days trying to get thru to customer service to get a refund for the items they never shipped. Never could get a resolution. Finally had to reverse the charges with my credit card company.

GBGood Coffee - Horrible Customer Service The coffee is fine, but the customer service is terrible. If all of your deliveries come as scheduled and you never have need to contact them, you will be happy. But, if you need to contact them about an issue, they don’t respond. I sent many messages, waited on hold for a very long time (multiple times) and tried their “Bots Chat”. No luck. I cancelled my subscription after 6 years.

GBCustomer Service is horrendous I have had issues with the website every time I have used it in the past three years. I tried to sign up for the coffee club for two days and every time I entered my information I got a message that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried to order as a guest and four times at checkout I noticed that one item was changed to one I didn’t want and my state of residence was changed to a different state. I tried calling today and after being on hold far too long and listening to the damned awful music and annoying announcements I hung up. I called back later to request a call back but that option was not offered that during that call. After a long wait I hung up. I’m never buying their coffee again and I have been drinking it exclusively for the past 3-4 years. I wanted to send an email but I couldn’t find one. There are other veteran coffee makers and I will try those.

GBBeen ordering since 2020 and oof Been ordering since 2020 and the coffee WAS amazing.... Back in 2020. Between recently receiving beans well over 2 months past roasting date and this god awful UPS innovations service taking over a week to move ONE state over, I'm done. For lower price I'll just support local roasters here in Phoenix.
