Best ham ever! I'm a Virginia gal living in California for many years. Edwards ham takes me back home with the real flavor of properly cured ham. It's the best ever! Delivery was fast and arrived in perfect condition.

Unacceptable, I received the ham without shipping delay, and it was still cold when removed from the styrofoam packing. I stored it at 34 degrees until Easter. Upon opening, the flavor was off, but I sliced, heated, and served it anyway, and nobody got sick, but we didn’t enjoy it as much as we expected. I wrapped and refrigerated the leftovers promptly, but the following day, it had the telltale ammonia smell of decay, and I threw it out. A sad, pale imitation of real Smithfield ham of yore. So disappointing.

The Perfect Ham I received the Uncooked Bone-In Country Ham today in perfect condition. The UPS delivery driver was wondering what it was since it was so heavy, weighing 19 lbs., so I told him it's our Easter Ham. It will be served this Sunday for our family gathering and we are looking forward to seeing how it tastes.

I love you guys I love you guys! We regularly send your Virginia hams to our adult children, who have spread their wings and moved to all different areas of the country. But they still have a love of Edwards ham. Your gifts are always on time and the folks who do your phone assistance are the best.
