USUnacceptable, I received the ham without shipping delay, and it was still cold when removed from the styrofoam packing. I stored it at 34 degrees until Easter. Upon opening, the flavor was off, but I sliced, heated, and served it anyway, and nobody got sick, but we didn’t enjoy it as much as we expected. I wrapped and refrigerated the leftovers promptly, but the following day, it had the telltale ammonia smell of decay, and I threw it out. A sad, pale imitation of real Smithfield ham of yore. So disappointing.

USThe Perfect Ham I received the Uncooked Bone-In Country Ham today in perfect condition. The UPS delivery driver was wondering what it was since it was so heavy, weighing 19 lbs., so I told him it's our Easter Ham. It will be served this Sunday for our family gathering and we are looking forward to seeing how it tastes.

USThe ham arrived in a Styrofoam cooler… The ham arrived in a Styrofoam cooler surrounded by frozen gel packs, it was perfect. And as usual the ham is delicious.
