Will Order Again! Website very easy to navigate, so ordering was easy. Selection is just right and covered all my needs. And the customer service was fantastic. I needed to arrange a Saturday delivery and didn’t realize there was an extra UPS charge involved. They contacted me right away and explained the charge. Wonderful! I was able to send the gift and have it arrive when I wanted.

Unacceptable, I received the ham without shipping delay, and it was still cold when removed from the styrofoam packing. I stored it at 34 degrees until Easter. Upon opening, the flavor was off, but I sliced, heated, and served it anyway, and nobody got sick, but we didn’t enjoy it as much as we expected. I wrapped and refrigerated the leftovers promptly, but the following day, it had the telltale ammonia smell of decay, and I threw it out. A sad, pale imitation of real Smithfield ham of yore. So disappointing.
