GBMy order included a brisket that had… My order included a brisket that had about a 4”-5” wide strip of the fat cap cut out so that it was completely bare down to the meat running down the center from point to flat.

GBYou made the delivery and never told me… You made the delivery and never told me so the package delivered defrosted and I had to toss the package. When I wrote this in a email they responded by saying there was no apt number. Either way I should of been notified when the delivery occurred. I can never order from Linz again

GBQuality I have ordered from Linz meats for over 5 years. They always package the products to ensure great quality and freshness. Even when the meat arrives and I do not get home for several hours. It is always still cold and fresh. The best thing about Linz is the quality is always superb and consistent. Nothing like cutting a steak with your fork. All at a affordable price.
