These steaks were special - well worth the price. Our first Lone Mountain order turned out to be some of the best steak we've ever had. I make steak fairly often and we do sometimes splurge on very high-end beef. Even so, my family and I kept stopping to say, "This is REALLY good," throughout the meal. The balance of richness and intense beefy flavor was unique among the American, Australian and Japanese wagyu I've tasted. The steaks were so flavorful! I'm planning our next order.

The meat that I purchased was the Kabob meat… The meat that I purchased was the Kabob meat and it was simply fabulous. Half the meat we marinated and the other half was just salted and peppered and both turned out spectacular. I look forward to purchasing fillets in the future. There was also a problem with the address I gave and the company emailed me and asked for my physical address as they do not ship to a P.O. Box so stellar service on their part. I received my purchase quickly and had it in time for Christmas dinner. I will recommend Lone Mountain in the future.

I've ordered many times over the years I've ordered many times over the years. Tried different steaks, the burgers and summer sausage. The quality has always been good and consistent. While the steaks may be a bit expensive for regular purchasing, the burgers are more affordable and well worth the extra expense over regular beef.
