Communication and Product are excellent. Product arrived quickly and completely frozen. Very good product sizing and packaging. It’s always frustrating when one’s recipe calls for a pound and the grocery store package is 11 oz. We haven’t tried the bison, but the elk is very tasty and lean. We definitely will order from The Honest Bison again.

Didn't realize the flank steak and tenderloin were only 8oz. Thought they would be a pound for that price. We will definitely order more elk burgers and ground bison.

Great but know what your ordering... Ordering & delivery great, but meat cuts were ehhh at best. I was expecting slightly more aggressive looking tomahawk like listed on site & instead got these I guess ordinary cuts, guess I expected more along with how much I did spend. But, meat was great when cooked, excellent flavor profile, might order again here in the near future. Again, thanks keep on doing great things with your meat products.

I have not been able to hunt for the… I have not been able to hunt for the last 5 years your cuts are perfect the way I used to do them the meat is tasty and juicy I have never had bison but I will definitely be ordering some to try keep up the good work excellent venison and elk Thank You
