Food & customer service Have ordered multiple times product is delicious and packaged well. Last order I had issues with UPS delivering it a week late. Call the company spoke with the owner and he sent me another order by air got it super fast, correcting the problem UPS made. For that I can say their customer service is top notch. Thank you

New shipping is lacking I enjoy the meat. But the shipping lately has been TERRIBLE . I know they have switched shippers but its really ridiculous. I live less than an hour away from the shipper and both times recently I've had to call multiple times to figure out what's going on with my order and when it will be shipping. Over 8 days later . I want to support this company as I've had really good experiences with them in the past . I will be giving them 1 more chance in the coming months to see if things have improved. That being said again I do love the meat and it's packaged well and portion sizes are perfect for me .

A Unique Place The food is always top quality and the service is exceptional. We have been ordering for a while now and we’re never disappointed. It’s great to have unusual choices like bison and elk and even family members who usually don’t experiment have enjoyed what we’ve served. Thanks for expanding our palates.

My husband is a meat snob My husband is a meat snob, and the fact that he LOVES the Honest Bison meat we purchased says we are very happy and will be a repeat customer. The venison actually tastes like deer meat. I had purchased meat before, often, from another online company, however the meat was gross and bland, and the customer service was terrible. We received our HB meat quick, and by far some of the best tasting meats we've had. I will be ordering more soon.

Communication and Product are excellent. Product arrived quickly and completely frozen. Very good product sizing and packaging. It’s always frustrating when one’s recipe calls for a pound and the grocery store package is 11 oz. We haven’t tried the bison, but the elk is very tasty and lean. We definitely will order from The Honest Bison again.
