I am experiencing missing items and… I am experiencing missing items and deliveries that are over 24 hours late. I did not receive a full refund for my missing items and after the most recent issue, I'll probably cancel my subscription. It's too bad, because the food is delicious. I'm just not keen on spending $100.00 a week for food I don't receive.

Healthy and Delicious Meals All the meals are delicious. Somewhat expensive but not prohibitively. Delivery is timely with excellent packaging to preserve the meals when they are delivered when we are not home. The cooling packs are somewhat difficult to dispose or recycle. But necessary, of course. The website is easy to use. Meal selections are many and varied which we enjoy. I have Type 2 diabetes so we select the low carb menus and we find the keto selections very tasty. Excellent Company overall.

Indecisive opinion I have been trying Factor meals for several weeks now. The food is tasty and very convenient. However after being on it several weeks I feel like I am seeing the same foods every week. Also it seems like almost every dish has broccoli or green beans sometimes zucchini. Very rarely carrots. Haven’t seen Brussels sprouts yet or other vegetables. Not sure why. But It starts getting repetitive after several weeks.

Although I recently ordered two of the Romesco Chicken Thighs and one tasted terrible while I contemplated throwing the other one out I didn’t and so glad, because that one was just delicious Your customer service is fantastic !! The meals are delicious and arrive… The meals are delicious and arrive (usually) on the date specified. My only complaint would be that perhaps a little more food would be good but then again, it is dietician approved as to the portion sizes. Sometimes the plastic film is difficult to remove. The taste of the meals is absolutely delicious.
