I am experiencing missing items and… I am experiencing missing items and deliveries that are over 24 hours late. I did not receive a full refund for my missing items and after the most recent issue, I'll probably cancel my subscription. It's too bad, because the food is delicious. I'm just not keen on spending $100.00 a week for food I don't receive.

Enough saturated fat to give you a heart attack I'm not sure what dietician would approve the amount of saturated fat that is in most of these meals, but this is grounds for heart disease. There are way too many unhealthy fats in these meals, and while they taste good, they will clog your arteries. This is not how doctors recommend doing keto.

The meals are delicious and arrive… The meals are delicious and arrive (usually) on the date specified. My only complaint would be that perhaps a little more food would be good but then again, it is dietician approved as to the portion sizes. Sometimes the plastic film is difficult to remove. The taste of the meals is absolutely delicious.

The food is delicious The food is delicious, but if you’re lactose intolerant you may have a difficult time finding a meal that doesn’t include butter, cheese, or cream. I thought I would be able to tolerate it if I didn’t have a Factor meal every day, but I finally reached my limit this past Friday when I had a keto shake in the morning and had the Kale and Mushroom Bites for lunch. I have had digestive issues ever since. If I can find enough meals that meet my dietary needs, I’ll continue with the service.

While I am liking some of the meals While I am liking some of the meals, I am a very picky eater and this is not their fault, there are some things to consider. 1. Chef prepared, nutritionist approved? I highly doubt that a GOOD nutritionist would condone the absurd amount of sodium in the majority of their meals. 2. They are relatively expensive compared to others. I will keep it up for a bit, because they are really time saving.
