GBCredit card first, meals later? I'm a new customer. The process flow for sign-up and meal selection is not intuitive. Customers should have more options for delivery dates/times or pick-up. Wait for chat support was a bit long but your rep was polite and helpful. We'll see if I stay with your service long-term.

GBMuch Improved! I want to congratulate you on much improvement on meals taste since I started with Fresh n Lean 2 years ago. They are now very good and I actually look forward to eating them now. GBCouldn’t get ahold of a customer… Couldn’t get ahold of a customer service person so I left a message and have not heard back since. Problems are normally resolved but it just takes way longer than most companies. I just wish the response time was faster, for calls and emails.

GBI love getting the Fresh meals I love getting the Fresh meals. I don't have to worry much about buying ingredients to make one dish and having to use the same things over and over again before they go bad. So I get more variety in my daily diet.
