USWhen I tried to change the phone number… When I tried to change the phone number on a newly renewed subscription a new subscription was created instead. The order I thought was abandoned, with the incorrect phone # was processed as well as the new subscription. I was given a 30% credit, but now I have 15 meals coming and no way to keep them as I live in an RV and do not have a freezer. Was hoping to stop one of them from shipping but not allowed. I probably will not be ordering any more.

USCredit card first, meals later? I'm a new customer. The process flow for sign-up and meal selection is not intuitive. Customers should have more options for delivery dates/times or pick-up. Wait for chat support was a bit long but your rep was polite and helpful. We'll see if I stay with your service long-term.

INThe only catering place with no seed oils Loved the variety of dishes, low cost and especially that it does not use unhealthy oils, so no seed oils. It is impossible to find a catering service that does not use seed oils, which make us so sick and fat. Love that it uses organic ingredients and so many vegetarian, gluten free options.

USI really love the plant based options I really love the plant based options. I wanted to try to get healthier after watching the Netflix “twin experiment” and finding out I have elevated small particle cholesterol . I have more energy now, lost weight and excited to eat and I don’t feel like I’m compromising taste by eating healthier-I look forward to the meals. They are also very easy to take to work. Very Happy!
