I really love the plant based options I really love the plant based options. I wanted to try to get healthier after watching the Netflix “twin experiment” and finding out I have elevated small particle cholesterol . I have more energy now, lost weight and excited to eat and I don’t feel like I’m compromising taste by eating healthier-I look forward to the meals. They are also very easy to take to work. Very Happy!

They have always been easy for me to… They have always been easy for me to reach in case of any questions and concerns. Honestly, to me, good customer service means the world tenfold. And the Fresh N' Lean crew has never let me down for the three years that I've been ordering from them! They'll have my business forever as long as they're operating! :)

Couldn’t get ahold of a customer… Couldn’t get ahold of a customer service person so I left a message and have not heard back since. Problems are normally resolved but it just takes way longer than most companies. I just wish the response time was faster, for calls and emails.

Much Improved! I want to congratulate you on much improvement on meals taste since I started with Fresh n Lean 2 years ago. They are now very good and I actually look forward to eating them now. That was not always the case in the past. Please keep up the good work. You have a good thing going. Thanks!

The honeymoon is over We like Fresh N Lean meals, however, their programmers and customer service are so ineffective and untrained, that we will probably stop using the company. It takes an extremely long time to reach anyone, and then you just get a lot of "I'm sorry" and repeated assertions that you made a mistake and there is nothing they can do about it. Emails to customer service get no response at all, and one to the owner and CEO was blocked. I guess she doesn't want to know what her customers think. Twice in a row now, I have chosen the meals on their website and got confirmation, only to have one to two meals that I specifically did not want chosen for me. I just got off the phone with yet a second customer service person who also proceeded to repeatedly tell me that I did not place the order I did (and have proof of), so I will be sent a Chef selection. This one also asserted that even though the order is only due to ship a week from now, and even though the email I received a few hours ago informed me that I could call for changes, there was nothing she could do about it except cancel the whole order, nor was there a supervisor or anyone else available. The main purpose of using such a service, is to make life easier, not more complicated and aggravating.
