GBProduct is good Product is good. But one roll of strips arrived opened without any flaps. Definitely needs a more secure packing/box. Other roll's box was ok. Opened box damage could have occurred in shipping. Screw is missing. Hoping there is an extra in next the other screwpack. One doorway is up and I'm satisfied with its performance. Would recommend.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed multiple online orders for bulk rolls of vinyl that were "in stock and ready to ship" that actually were not in stock and every time I called customer service I got the same response " we will notify you when it ships". I waited weeks calling almost every day. Finally had to cancel the orders. Now its going on 6 weeks and they still have not refunded the card I used to purchase. Their response is its "under review by upper management".

GBI ordered a door online and paid for it… I ordered a door online and paid for it via credit card. Two days later they came back and wanted an additional $185 (a 50% price increase). They said the price went up. I cancelled the order and they agreed to refund my order. They never refunded my credit card. I made multiple attempts thru customer service and just kept being told my refund was "under review". After 4 weeks I reported it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company.

CApurchased strip curtains in June of… purchased strip curtains in June of 2023 they showed up fast went up easy I ordered then 1 inch longer than the opening in a month over 1/2 of the Curtain pieces had shrunk the most was 2 inches over the door jam . I called the office because the web site says 100% warranty. I got an email back saying a new order was being processed , nothing happened nothing sent , September I called again same thing . October once again nothing the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company. its not like its lots of money its the principle of the whole thing. if your product is crap and your web site says 100% customer satisfaction you should replace or refund a persons money
