GBOrdering and delivery of product was… Ordering and delivery of product was seamless. Only issue I have is with customer service. Reached out over 1 week ago because product length was short and needed some additional hardware and have yet to hear back. Peter who took my order was great. He even copied my emails I sent to him to customer service. No response!

CADID NOT REFUND TERRIBLE: I placed an order for product that was available on the website, received an email that product was not available and they tried to UPSELL for more expensive product. Order was cancelled. Was promised a refund but of course I WAS NEVER REFUNDED. I will never deal with this company again. STAY AWAY. The last email from Sept 20 stated "I have sent a reminder in regards to refund to "management". Heads up - Emails relating to my order came from both Strip-Curtain and Envirobarrier so they appear to be the same company.

GBcurtain arrived with greasy film Purchase a 16 ft bt 10 ft patio curtain and hardware. Problem is the clear plastic came coated with something oily, making it foggy. The company told me to use vinegar or degreaser. Nothing takes it off, not to mention the huge amount of work involved trying. They keep saying they will check with the factory, So I have a curtain hanging thst I can't see through.

GBThe ones who get it done do it this way instead… Perfectly cut material and hardware made installing new strips quick and easy. I used to buy the roll of material from industrial supplier and take lots of time for the job. Buying the package fit to size is much better and less expensive.

GBI ordered a door online and paid for it… I ordered a door online and paid for it via credit card. Two days later they came back and wanted an additional $185 (a 50% price increase). They said the price went up. I cancelled the order and they agreed to refund my order. They never refunded my credit card. I made multiple attempts thru customer service and just kept being told my refund was "under review". After 4 weeks I reported it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company.
