Track set with accessories Purchased a track and roller set from strip-curtains.com and items came in well packaged. The galvanized steel track is heavy and solid. The nylon rollers are excellent value and works well on curtains as expected, very quiet and smooth on the tracks. The heavy duty steel roller has an insane load limit of 400lbs+, so I ended up attaching my punching bag on it and now I'm able to slide it to the middle of the room when I'm using it, then slide it away when I need to store it. I bought these for normal everyday house / residential use, and these commercial grade stuff is top quality, and the best curtain system you can ever purchase for do it yourself projects at a phenomenal price point. Highly recommend.

Product is good Product is good. But one roll of strips arrived opened without any flaps. Definitely needs a more secure packing/box. Other roll's box was ok. Opened box damage could have occurred in shipping. Screw is missing. Hoping there is an extra in next the other screwpack. One doorway is up and I'm satisfied with its performance. Would recommend.

Reached out over 1 week ago because product length was short and needed some additional hardware and have yet to hear back. Peter who took my order was great. He even copied my emails I sent to him to customer service. No response!

Really poor customer service I originally bought strip curtains for a small single door. The plastic wore out after a few years and I bought new plastic. They sent me uncut plastic instead of the nine strips I ordered. Then the "customer service" person told me he wasn't sending me replacement material. I don't like their customer service at all.
