GBI'd like to return the entire order… I'd like to return the entire order that I placed yesterday. I thought there is NO WAY these crab were prepared within the last WEEK; and after speaking with the manager, he confirmed that the crab were prepared within the last MONTH! Also, the crabs are sized incorrectly. The Colossal Jumbo Male crabs are large at best; and the Large Male crabs can fit in the palm of my hand with room to spare. I pulled out the ruler and so far, each crab is smaller than advertised. Please send instructions to return this order. Thanks! UPDATE - Cameron Seafood refunded my entire order, including shipping. ALSO, Cameron Seafood flagged my review with TrustPilot because CS didn’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. I had to submit proof of the transaction as well as email correspondence between myself and CS so that my review would not be deleted.

GBHopeless CRAB addict Ok, it's been months since I endulged in my passion for seafood, ( especially CRAB, King Crab) and as much as I LOVE Carmen's seafood, ( they seem to have the same love of seafood ) I couldn't fit the numbers in the budget, Crab Crab Crab, it's all I wanted to eat, FOR MONTHS. So I went cold turkey. Gave it up for months, and now that I've come this far, you know something,,,,SCREW IT,,, GIVE ME CRAB, soft tender, delicious, breakfast lunch or dinner, in butter and lemon, GOD bless the CRAB, I gotta have it. Hhhhmmm this could be a set back, I'll think about while waiting for the Crab to arrive.

GBHighly Recommended! I highly recommend ordering from Cameron’s! This company always delivers a high-quality product. The one time I had a small issue, they were polite, prompt, and eager to please. I send crabs to my father every Christmas, Father’s Day, and on his birthday and wouldn’t trust my order to anyone else.

GBI ordered a half dozen of colossal blue… I ordered a half dozen of colossal blue crab. I was notified that they were not available I could either substitute for large or wait until Tuesday. I chose to wait, however I still not receive all colossal it was mixed with the premium large males. I called and spoke to someone and sent pictures as requested. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard back from them.

GBGreat service. These crabs were terrible. Some shells were cracked. Others were dry and tasted old or spoiled. The crab cakes, however, were top tier. Edit: Cameron’s Seafood contacted me promptly to resolve the issue. Their service is great. We found a mutually agreeable solution. I updated my star review to reflect the customer service.
