GBUpdated Review Edit: On 2/23 I was contacted by the company and I had to, in good faith edit my review due to customer service. Their customer service is outstanding and I was surprised someone actually contacted me. They made the issue right and I am 100% grateful and appreciative of that. The best customer service I have received in quite some time. The guy was friendly, kind and professional. This type of customer service keeps customers coming back! My recent order of Colossal crabs weren't what I was expecting. I order crabs very often and year round from another crab place but they didn't ha e Colossal crabs available so I went with Cameron's. My crabs were not Colossal maybe medium or large at best but not Colossal. Disappointed because I wanted Colossal meaning huge male crabs. Plus, over$200 for these crab sizes weren't the price.

GBIMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Purchased 9 lbs. of broken pieces Alaskan King Crab legs... Based off of the pictures they advertised on the website. I was disappointed. The company called and made my experience an absolutely positive one. I am extremely impressed with TWO personal phone calls I have received from this company, along with follow-up emails. I ended up ordering the Colossal King Crab legs, and THEY ARE AMAZING! Our family Christmas dinner was outstanding! Due to the customer service, I gave this company another shot, and they MADE IT RIGHT! Not very often you find this level of customer service, especially from an online company!

GBI ordered a half dozen of colossal blue… I ordered a half dozen of colossal blue crab. I was notified that they were not available I could either substitute for large or wait until Tuesday. I chose to wait, however I still not receive all colossal it was mixed with the premium large males. I called and spoke to someone and sent pictures as requested. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard back from them.

GBwe ordered soft shell whale crabs we ordered soft shell whale crabs, 2 doz., which were to be cleaned. we had an issue with them not being cleaned. we took pics of what we found, called and spoke with Scotty, we sent him the pics. he refunded partial amt. of bill. after thawing out more, we found same issue. again sent pics to Scotty. he refunded full amt. of bill ! we did not expect that. he went over and above expectations. we found delivery of the product and his customer service to be something you don't see much anymore these days. we appreciate his business like manner ! thank you Scotty !
