GBExcellent, prompt service Excellent, prompt and very effective service. We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver. Exactly as required, at exactly the right price. Cant say more than that... well done USA. You're making America great!

GBDisappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.

I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

GBdelivery Difficulties We paid an additional shipping fee in order to have the shipper schedule a specific time for the delivery. Well, the truck just arrives with no warning. This was a large item that we had to leave it in our unsecured driveway for half a day until we could get personnel to move it in our building. Driver acted as if he knew nothing about it.
