Super-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

Concession trailer exhaust hood Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away. Great Service I have ordered twice now and both times went very well. Only glitch was a salesperson gave me wrong information on some table legs but they came in the way I originally wanted them so no problem.
