delivery Difficulties We paid an additional shipping fee in order to have the shipper schedule a specific time for the delivery. Well, the truck just arrives with no warning. This was a large item that we had to leave it in our unsecured driveway for half a day until we could get personnel to move it in our building. Driver acted as if he knew nothing about it.

Concession trailer exhaust hood Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away. Fast and curtious with good advice that saved me $$. Thanks! After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.
