Disappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.

My local kitchen supply company would have been almost $200 more for a similar product.. My shipment was tracked daily from the time it left the factory, so I knew when it was to arrive. Quality is good and assembly was easy.

Ordering was a breeze Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.

Concession trailer exhaust hood Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away. Thank you so much! I look forward to doing business with you again when I am ready to order some more equipment!

delivery Difficulties We paid an additional shipping fee in order to have the shipper schedule a specific time for the delivery. Well, the truck just arrives with no warning. This was a large item that we had to leave it in our unsecured driveway for half a day until we could get personnel to move it in our building. Driver acted as if he knew nothing about it.
