Super-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver. After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.
