I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

Super-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

Excellent Service Excellent Service. A gentleman by the name of Greg called me within 10 minutes of ordering my SS sink. Very professional and helpful. He set me up with a good Faucet and upgrade to SS legs. Just a pleasant man to do business with. Ordered on a Wednesday evening and had it at 10:00 on the following Monday morning. Fast and curtious with good advice that saved me $$. Thanks! After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.
