Excellect Service With Nice Prices I Order in USA Equipment Direct because of their excellet service and nice prices, So far i have only Positive impressions on them.

Disappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.

Ordering was a breeze Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.
