GBI ordered a Cheese Melter 2/5/2020 so I… I ordered a Cheese Melter 2/5/2020 so I would have it by Valentines Day Weekend. I've called several times and I still don't' even have a tracking number. I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

GBOrdering was a breeze Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.

GBQuick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

GBI was extremely happy with this… I was extremely happy with this purchase. The product was exactly as described, and will work for the application it will be needed for. I spoke to a representative and he was extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend this company.
