However, because we are not present at all times I requested a notification on deliver as close to delivery time as possible. However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

GBExcellent to deal with and outsanding service at very affordable prices Excellent to deal with and outsanding prices. My local kitchen supply company would have been almost $200 more for a similar product.. My shipment was tracked daily from the time it left the factory, so I knew when it was to arrive. Quality is good and assembly was easy.

GBQuick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

GBDisappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.
