Concession trailer exhaust hood Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away. I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

However, because we are not present at all times I requested a notification on deliver as close to delivery time as possible. However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

Great Service I have ordered twice now and both times went very well. Only glitch was a salesperson gave me wrong information on some table legs but they came in the way I originally wanted them so no problem.
