USGreat experience! Honestly I have no problems with my purchase with USA Equipment Direct, that being said I would have liked a little better communication about a shipping date. I'm not in a hurry but being the type A personality I am I would like to have had an estimated date. As it turns out my partner tells me my purchase will arrive tomorrow. I did list my mobile number as well as my shop number but only my shop was called so I could not arrange to have someone available for a quicker delivery. Next time and I would not hesitate to shop there as I expand Ill only list my mobile number. But I am 100% satisfied.

USSuper-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

USGreat Service I have ordered twice now and both times went very well. Only glitch was a salesperson gave me wrong information on some table legs but they came in the way I originally wanted them so no problem.

USdelivery Difficulties We paid an additional shipping fee in order to have the shipper schedule a specific time for the delivery. Well, the truck just arrives with no warning. This was a large item that we had to leave it in our unsecured driveway for half a day until we could get personnel to move it in our building. Driver acted as if he knew nothing about it.

USFast and curtious with good advice that saved me $$. Thanks! After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.
