I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

However, because we are not present at all times I requested a notification on deliver as close to delivery time as possible. However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

Excellent Service Excellent Service. A gentleman by the name of Greg called me within 10 minutes of ordering my SS sink. Very professional and helpful. He set me up with a good Faucet and upgrade to SS legs. Just a pleasant man to do business with. Ordered on a Wednesday evening and had it at 10:00 on the following Monday morning. Quick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.
