Disappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.

However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

Excellent Service Excellent Service. A gentleman by the name of Greg called me within 10 minutes of ordering my SS sink. Very professional and helpful. He set me up with a good Faucet and upgrade to SS legs. Just a pleasant man to do business with. Ordered on a Wednesday evening and had it at 10:00 on the following Monday morning. Super-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver.
