However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

Quick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver. Super-responsive and Trustworthy Service I ordered a product. When it arrived, a portion of it was broken. I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!
