I called and left a message asking if they could send a replacement for that specific broken part and offered to return the defective part. They called back the next morning, got the information, and a whole replacement arrived within two days. Very courteous and prompt. I will definitely order from them again!

delivery Difficulties We paid an additional shipping fee in order to have the shipper schedule a specific time for the delivery. Well, the truck just arrives with no warning. This was a large item that we had to leave it in our unsecured driveway for half a day until we could get personnel to move it in our building. Driver acted as if he knew nothing about it.
