GBOrdering was a breeze Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.

GBThe clay traps arrived 2 days before … The clay traps arrived 2 days before they were expected..the QUALITY is wonderful, much better than the receivers originally installed...exactly as described, and it super simple to remove the old and replace it with the new ones!!! SUPER EASY to order and Exactly what we needed...that's a WIN/WIN in my book!!

GBQuick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

My local kitchen supply company would have been almost $200 more for a similar product.. My shipment was tracked daily from the time it left the factory, so I knew when it was to arrive. Quality is good and assembly was easy.
