Great experience! Honestly I have no problems with my purchase with USA Equipment Direct, that being said I would have liked a little better communication about a shipping date. I'm not in a hurry but being the type A personality I am I would like to have had an estimated date. As it turns out my partner tells me my purchase will arrive tomorrow. I did list my mobile number as well as my shop number but only my shop was called so I could not arrange to have someone available for a quicker delivery. Next time and I would not hesitate to shop there as I expand Ill only list my mobile number. But I am 100% satisfied.

Concession trailer exhaust hood Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away.
