He set me up with a good Faucet and upgrade to SS legs. Just a pleasant man to do business with. Ordered on a Wednesday evening and had it at 10:00 on the following Monday morning. Fast and curtious with good advice that saved me $$. Thanks! After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.

Disappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.
