GBConcession trailer exhaust hood Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away. Thank you so much! I look forward to doing business with you again when I am ready to order some more equipment!

GBDisappointed Disappointed, I ordered a dishwasher over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I called and all they can tell me is that it is shipping out of Miami. No information on when it will ship. This is my first purchase with USA and so far not impressed.
