However, because we are not present at all times I requested a notification on deliver as close to delivery time as possible. However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

Excellent, prompt service Excellent, prompt and very effective service. We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver. Exactly as required, at exactly the right price. Cant say more than that... well done USA. You're making America great!

Ordering was a breeze Ordering was a breeze. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I could not find any of the shipping information on the site. It takes a while to process the order as well, and it would be nice to have that information as soon as possible to schedule installations.

Quick response and good suggestion The item I ordered was no longer in stock and USA called me within a couple of days to suggest and alternative which is actually a better choice! Hasn't been delivered yet, but appreciate their quick attention to the matter.

After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.
