GBI was thrilled to find my favorite Balkan foods I was thrilled to find my favorite Balkan foods online. Luckily I live in MA so I fall within their shopping radius for burek and other frozen items. We are now stocked up on Burek, rolls and cheese. Can't pass up the napolitanki, rosehip jam, pasteta and eurokrem. Brings back childhood memories. The customer service was amazing and their shipping was extremely fast. I received the order the next day. I will be ordering from them from now on frequently. Thank you!!

GBI’m so happy to find this company I’m so happy to find this company! I ordered many different things from sweets, chips, jams, spreads, and meat. It arrived within 4-5 business day. My only concern is that the suho meso came warm. It was packaged with three ice bags that were already in liquid form by the time they were delivered to my door step. Not going to lie I’m a little scared to eat the meat. Not sure if fast shipping was an option (I didn’t pay attention) or if that would even help since delivery trucks are hot and not climate controlled. Regardless I will definitely use the company again just will not be ordering produce that can spoil.

GBToday on Sunday I wanted to place an… Today on Sunday I wanted to place an order for last minute guests. I was close to checking out but noticed they don’t do same day delivery Sunday’s. Aj from Balkanfresh contacted me and said they would make an exception and deliver it the same day! I spoke to him at 3pm the delivery arrived at 6pm as promised. All the items were fresh, clean and neatly delivered. It was like an Amazon prime package lol. Definitely recommend this team. Super efficient and how convenient not running to the Balkan stores running into everyone and their mama! Lol Jk

GBMy package arrived damaged My package arrived damaged, with 3 of the jars in the order broken. I reached out that evening, as soon as the package was delivered. I didn’t necessarily expect an answer right then, but I received one immediately. The person was very apologetic and told me they would reimburse me for the broken products. Such great service! I was impressed. The product is delicious and prices very well. Will order from them again soon.
