highly recommend! Have ordered several times now and highly recommend! Delivery is quick and customer service/response time to questions is great! I ran out of time to run to a local ethnic store the other night for some goodies for the upcoming holiday and was able to find everything on balkanfresh that night. Everything was delivered to my doorstep the next evening. Can’t beat that.

I’m so happy to find this company I’m so happy to find this company! I ordered many different things from sweets, chips, jams, spreads, and meat. It arrived within 4-5 business day. My only concern is that the suho meso came warm. It was packaged with three ice bags that were already in liquid form by the time they were delivered to my door step. Not going to lie I’m a little scared to eat the meat. Not sure if fast shipping was an option (I didn’t pay attention) or if that would even help since delivery trucks are hot and not climate controlled. Regardless I will definitely use the company again just will not be ordering produce that can spoil.

Expired... Received order today. Expiration dates blurred out, I assume product was expired. They refunded the products with blurred expiration date. Regardless, the shipping alone for the order was 4x that. Asked if they could send me replacement, was told they're not available. Overall, customer service very responsive.

These guys are terrific These guys are terrific. Delivery runs like clockwork and they are responsive to email questions. I order a particular kind of feta I can't find anywhere else and they ship it out promptly and within packaging that keeps it fresh.
