GBThis is my second time ordering but… This is my second time ordering but first review. I prefer delivery be done by their staff but I recognize that it isn’t always a possibility. My items were shipped but something went wrong. Without getting into too much detail - the Balkan staff handled it with the best professionalism and respect. That alone made me a customer for good. They fixed it and were patient and kind. Will deff be ordering again in the future.

GBThese guys are terrific These guys are terrific. Delivery runs like clockwork and they are responsive to email questions. I order a particular kind of feta I can't find anywhere else and they ship it out promptly and within packaging that keeps it fresh.

GBThank you Balkan Fresh for sending… Thank you Balkan Fresh for sending this. I realize that it's not your norm to send this particular product halfway across the country. When I've received this from other sources they've taped up the top to prevent leaking during shipping. Without it taped up there was a little leaking, but I believe the peppers are still fine.

GBThe website is easy to navigate The website is easy to navigate, the product selection is quite good, most grocery items are authentic and from Eastern european origin. The delivery was prompt and the order was processed correctly. I have ordered from Balkan Fresh before and i will continue to do so again.

GBMy first review over here.Was browsing… My first review over here.Was browsing last week looking to order some Balkan food,Balkan fresh poped up,I tried ordered,paid,everything came today.Must say they are accurate,wrapped package very very good almost every single item was wraped.I was impressed that kinda told me that they really care. I was having question about one item.I got response and refund imidietly in like 5 minutes.Impresive 5 stars from Nemanja
