GBFirst time order and they made it right Ordered some cherry juice from them for the first time. Easy transaction. My products came in on time. Unfortunately two of the containers were damaged then shipping. I reached out to them and asked them if they could reship or credit me the two containers. They went above and beyond and gave me a full refund and said sorry for their inconvenience. It's rare to find companies that actually care about customers anymore I will definitely be ordering from them again.

GBBalkanfresh Placed an order online yesterday and received my order today. The shipping cost was very low. They sent an email with the tracking # yesterday showing the delivery date. The package arrived in a sturdy box with a lot of packaging to protect my order. No dented cans. Great Service! I also received an email from the company notifying me that the package had been delivered. I will certainly be purchasing from Balkanfresh again. The website was user friendly and there were two payment options, credit card or PayPal. Thank you to the Balkanfresh Team!

When I've received this from other sources they've taped up the top to prevent leaking during shipping. Without it taped up there was a little leaking, but I believe the peppers are still fine.
