I have been searching for a long time for this. Although I love to cook for myself, there simply are times when I cannot cook properly because of life demands or illness. 25 pounds in 6 weeks I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks on the "extreme" diet. The food is very tasty, and the delivery service is great! Of course, it's natural to feel hungry during such an aggressive weight loss program, but I think the diet a good job of satisfying cravings. I have never eaten vegan before, and I found the transition to be easy. Very glad I found Macro Mediterranean, and will update on my progress!
