Excellence , reliability, taste and health I have been receiving delivery of Macro Mediterranean dishes for over a year now. I love the variety, the taste, the ingredients which involve generally beans, vegetables and a variety of high fiber grains. It is not too spicy, dishes freeze well, and I can specify which dishes I prefer. I receive 6 meals a week plus a side of vegetables, and this covers me for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

25 pounds in 6 weeks I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks on the "extreme" diet. The food is very tasty, and the delivery service is great! Of course, it's natural to feel hungry during such an aggressive weight loss program, but I think the diet a good job of satisfying cravings. I have never eaten vegan before, and I found the transition to be easy. Very glad I found Macro Mediterranean, and will update on my progress!

Very satisfied from afar! I live in the Midwest, and was searching for meal delivery for my dear friend who was in MA for her father's funeral. Several months ago when she returned for her mother's funeral, the big Italian family had so much food full of gluten and dairy, the things my friend tries to avoid to feel good. I needed a one-time delivery so she could have healthy meals in the fridge and freezer.
