About Macro Mediterranean Holistic Meal Delivery

After 15 years of research, personal practice, feeding people, and watching clients achieve their health goals, we know that our unique approach to designing meals by combining macrobiotics and traditionally healthy diets such as the Mediterranean Diet is the key to making satifying meals we will truly look forward to eating each day that also provide rapid, tangible health benefits. We created a food delivery service to be able to easily provide the experience of eating these meals to anyone who would like to feel how good eating a traditional, balanced diet can be without needing to have the time to cook all these meals at home.

Great service and great food Am very glad I found Macro Mediterranean. Customer service is excellent and the food is fantastic. I have never been a vegetarian - but lowering my numbers was an important task after my annual physical. And the food is tasty, well-prepared, well-made, and is delicious and fulfilling. And I learned more about portion control as I didn't need to eat as much to feel full, which was something new for me. Many thanks for the great service!

25 pounds in 6 weeks I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks on the "extreme" diet. The food is very tasty, and the delivery service is great! Of course, it's natural to feel hungry during such an aggressive weight loss program, but I think the diet a good job of satisfying cravings. I have never eaten vegan before, and I found the transition to be easy. Very glad I found Macro Mediterranean, and will update on my progress!
