Very satisfied from afar! I live in the Midwest, and was searching for meal delivery for my dear friend who was in MA for her father's funeral. Several months ago when she returned for her mother's funeral, the big Italian family had so much food full of gluten and dairy, the things my friend tries to avoid to feel good. I needed a one-time delivery so she could have healthy meals in the fridge and freezer. Maco-Mediterranean helped me within the timeframe I needed, and my friend was over the moon happy with the yummy meals! Eat Right Jeremy and Maria have created an excellent menu which is not only tasty but very good for you too. By eating the meals of their six day menu, I have lowered the readings of my Blood Pressure and brought the readings of my cholesterol down to a respectable level. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone, but particularly to people living on their own. Following their menu plan is the best way to ensures that one is eating correctly.
