GBReputable business & Quality products FMP has always provided me with quality products. I have always been able to reach out to them, and get a reply. They have always gone above & beyond in every situation for me. There have been times where I had odd, and very specific questions, and they took the time to get me that information. The reason it's 4 stars is because there has been a couple of times where 1 item on my order was backordered, and I would be told a date to expect it to arrive, and then it change at least 2 more times. I am okay if it changes once, but more that once is very extreme, and that typically means when I relay an approx. time frame to my customer, and then it changes 2+ times, they begin to get irritated, and feel jerked around. Other than that, they are a fantastic group to do business with!

I have asked to get set up online, but due to time restraints I needed to order product for my customer before I could get approved. I had to abbreviate our company name due to space restrictions allowed on your website. It shows there are up to 50 spaces available, but that isn't correct.

GBUsed the customer chat service and had… Used the customer chat service and had a great experience getting an item order replaced. 2 out of the 4 items I ordered came with a defect and never had an easier time getting help with this request.

GB50/50 Service Some times shipping is fast and sometimes shipping is slow it’s truly 50/50. What I don’t think is very good however each time I’ve called about those 50/50 orders is customer service. Each time, everyone is rude, no call back and never anything solved. Basically just waited 1 month for 9 parts because 1 was out of stock. Makes no sense. Customer service should ship partially completed and back order 1 item. So expect 50/50 results with ordering.
