I loved the cherry, chocolate, pepper one, I am eating the Nero now, lol, and I just love the traditional version as well. In fact, buying artisan cheese from Sensibus can often be cheaper than buying from a supermarket. One of the cheeses I had selected wasn't up to their standards and they called me to discuss an acceptable replacement. That replacement turned out to be the best cheese out of all the ones I ordered. The shipping time was very quick and the packaging was thoughtfully done. Also, Sensibus carries many Alce Nero products which are some of the highest quality organic Italian products you can buy.
