USMy products were received warm when… My products were received warm when cold items were included. Jars were broken and charcuterie meats were dated to expire in a few weeks. I sent pictures and an email asking that this shipment be replaced but have had no follow up. In the past my experience was a good one so this is very disappointing.

I wish more of the unusual ones e.g. 36-month Comté & 30-36 month Castelmagno were also carried as well as Vacherin Mont d’OR. Shipping is always prompt and if you order a pound or more, they will ship as ½ lb pieces & each one cryovacced to preserve shelf life.

USAlmost Excellent I am upgrading my previous review to 5-stars. When my order was sent to the wrong place, customer service offered to rectify it at no cost to me. It finally shipped later than had been promised, but I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and blame that on both COVID and the crazy weather of the last couple of weeks. Aside from that glitch, I could not have been more pleased! They have an amazing product selection of some of the very best brands found anywhere, and at very competitive prices. Sensibus will absolutely be one of my go-to sources for gifts to family, friends, and clients!
