I wrote to get a gift card activated… I wrote to get a gift card activated and received no answer for a week. I called the contact number and there wasn’t even voicemail; no one picked up. Finally, a second email got an answer and my gift card was activated. All the while I was receiving messages asking me to purchase what was in my cart. Exasperating!

The worst customer service you could… The worst customer service you could ever find in the history of e-commerce! They may offer and sell exclusive products but beware of how they transact with customers. They have a toll-free number that you can call but with no live agent to speak to when you have any concerns with your order. They can only call you and relay info such as unavailable items over the phone and refuse to have anything documented in writing or by email. The worst part? They do not issue refunds/credits for unavailable items that were not shipped in the order! Stay away

exceptional products and service The products and consumer service were exceptional. One of the products ordered came in a broken jar. Sensibus replaced the product without question, included a second product as a thank you for our patronage-both without a shipping charge. The gluten free pasta and the sauce we ordered were both delicious, and we are in the process of placing another order.

Almost Excellent I am upgrading my previous review to 5-stars. When my order was sent to the wrong place, customer service offered to rectify it at no cost to me. It finally shipped later than had been promised, but I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and blame that on both COVID and the crazy weather of the last couple of weeks. Aside from that glitch, I could not have been more pleased! They have an amazing product selection of some of the very best brands found anywhere, and at very competitive prices. Sensibus will absolutely be one of my go-to sources for gifts to family, friends, and clients!

Po River Fan Cordial on the phone when inquiring of products and service. Pricing on most items competitive. Packaging and shipping was near superlative. As we all know we are looking for something different , For me it was the fresh Bertagni pastas and imported Italian charcuterie as apposed to domestic. While very good quality, Ive been spoiled by whats brought over from Emmy and the Ertenal City. None the less I would purchase from them again without reservation. Buy with confidence.
