I ordered several flavors of the… I ordered several flavors of the panforte and it all arrived quickly, well packed, and everything I have tasted so far has been wonderful! I loved the cherry, chocolate, pepper one, I am eating the Nero now, lol, and I just love the traditional version as well. I will be ordering again, I have been waiting a long time to be able to buy just these cakes.

Excellent Products - Less than Optimal Shipping During Extreme Heat The product itself is excellent! However, the shipping delay in the extremely hot weather is concerning. I will not be able to actually give stellar review at this time, unlike all other times... Cheese shipped the manner in which I received it was fine, however the unusually long delay was not okay. This is not a slight on Sensibus at all, but the shipping company used.

Quick, responsive and WONDERFUL as always! Bianca was an absolute treasure and helped me with obtaining my much needed Alce Nero Tipo 00 flour which is an absolute requirement for my speculaas. No flour, no speculaas! She assisted me above and beyond the call of duty and I'm forever grateful and a forever customer because of the service I receive. The flour was packaged perfectly, shipped promptly. Thank you for being a reliable source for hard to find ingredients! You're simply the BEST!!!

The worst customer service you could… The worst customer service you could ever find in the history of e-commerce! They may offer and sell exclusive products but beware of how they transact with customers. They have a toll-free number that you can call but with no live agent to speak to when you have any concerns with your order. They can only call you and relay info such as unavailable items over the phone and refuse to have anything documented in writing or by email. The worst part? They do not issue refunds/credits for unavailable items that were not shipped in the order! Stay away

exceptional products and service The products and consumer service were exceptional. One of the products ordered came in a broken jar. Sensibus replaced the product without question, included a second product as a thank you for our patronage-both without a shipping charge. The gluten free pasta and the sauce we ordered were both delicious, and we are in the process of placing another order.
