Bill.com helps speed the invoice process Bill.com remembers certain invoices and prepopulates based on history. It does a great job of identifying duplicates. Bill.com gives scans a vendor name from what it reads, so that helps me identify what's sitting in my inbox easer. It however, doesn't have an option to create folders or organize the inbox in any other way except by date or who uploaded.

I fully transitioned to using Bill.com… I fully transitioned to using Bill.com for managing my company's finances, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to send invoices and receive payments in a timely manner. I appreciate the various features, such as automated workflows and integrations with other software, which have made my life much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Bill.com for any business looking to streamline their financial management processes.

As a freelancer... As a freelancer, invoicing clients on bill.com has been a simple, intuitive, and streamlined process. It keeps all of my bills neatly organized without me having to maintain them myself, especially thanks to their status updates feature that lets me keep track of receivables. I would otherwise miss out on payments if I didn't have that to look back on. Having an email paper trail has also been useful

Easy to use and set up. Separation of duties is incredibly easy. Great software! Bill.com has been incredibly helpful in getting our payables out with no fuss. We were able to set users who can enter, approve, and pay bills. It's one of the easiest pieces of finance software I've ever used. Integration with QuickBooks and NetSuite were painless as well.

Bill.com and QuickBooks Desktop to be honest i was not a huge fan a year back from now , however moving forward with the updates that have been made and the ease of getting around has been a lot easier. i will say the one downfall i do have is when we have to sync with QuickBooks desktop individually with the 7 different companies that we have. Currently the system does not allow auto syncing and you can only be in one QuickBooks file while the syncing process is going on.
