They did not deposit his paycheck this past Friday night 4/19/24 at 10:30 pm like they normally do! Because of this we have bounced checks and payments that didn’t go through!! My husband called them this morning 4/22/24 to get an explanation for why they didn’t deposit his money. Their excuse was it was their fault and they basically told him to get lost! He will get his money tonight instead of fixing the problem ASAP!! What the F*** kind of business is this??!! If they would fix the problem by depositing HIS money right away then we could fix our checking account!! Shame on you BILL.COM!!!

Bill.com gives scans a vendor name from what it reads, so that helps me identify what's sitting in my inbox easer. It however, doesn't have an option to create folders or organize the inbox in any other way except by date or who uploaded.
