If I could give them a ZERO I would If I could give them a ZERO I would! My husband’s company uses this POS company to get his paycheck deposited each week. They did not deposit his paycheck this past Friday night 4/19/24 at 10:30 pm like they normally do! Because of this we have bounced checks and payments that didn’t go through!! My husband called them this morning 4/22/24 to get an explanation for why they didn’t deposit his money. Their excuse was it was their fault and they basically told him to get lost! He will get his money tonight instead of fixing the problem ASAP!! What the F*** kind of business is this??!! If they would fix the problem by depositing HIS money right away then we could fix our checking account!! Shame on you BILL.COM!!!

CRS answer just to send you to IRobot! :( The company doesn’t have enough people to give the property customer service. They have a phone number which is a mission to find out, then when you call they direct you to the irobot. They avoid talking to you on the phone, they want you to resolve your own problems by all the articles and instructions they send over ibot. Horrible customer services, actually there’s no services. Just a machine charging you fees. :(

Open issues The billing system has made a lot of features addition over the period which has made it easy to use. The interface is user friendly and easy to understand. But we have also seen an increase in the prices over the timeline. Also, we still face issue with vendor payments where multiple currencies are involved. I would love to have this feature. It also has some issues with syncing inventory based purchase orders hence the bill relating to the same need to be created in the ERP system and then synced to Bill.com. The feature relating to virtual cards which can be deactivated only when we contact support is another issue.

BILL has made some great updates to… BILL has made some great updates to keep AP flowing smoothly. The changes are visually and front end worked friendly. BILL listened to alot of the issues that front end users were having and worked to fix them. The duplicate invoice notification is great. The filling in and being able to make approver lists is wonderful. Being able to use the enter key to go through the blocks is outstanding!! Makes for alot let mouse clicking.
