First time ordering and after three… First time ordering and after three weeks of waiting I stil have no order and no response to my several emails or tickets I created. Be Prepared is their website but they obviously aren't prepared themselves. Sorry, but I can't recommend this company. If I don't get order soon, I'm going to cancel. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Other companies I have putchased from after this one has already sent me my purchases. Be Prepared is a joke.

Great Company!!! After I ordered the "special of the day", supplies were in shortage. The company sent me several emails to let me know the progress of my order. They were very concerned and informative. They delay was just a few more days. It was not a problem. I was very appreciative of their concern to notify me of the delay WELL IN ADVANCE. I will definitely continue to order from Emergency Essentials!!!

Accurate delivery time and more peace of mind I was informed that delivery time was approximately 4 to 8 weeks due to the ongoing pandemic. Received my order right at four weeks after ordering. I am very happy that I made my order just as the pandemic was getting serious. I also have purchased a good amount of survival foods from this company over the last four years. These long shelf life products are a backup to the packaged and canned foods that I obtained prior to the onset of the pandemic. I have seen first hand what has happened in disaster situations and learned that you cannot put 100 percent faith in the government's ability to help you out. It could takes months.

I appreciated being notified of a delay… I appreciated being notified of a delay in the order. Soon thereafter, it arrived. I haven't yet tried the dehydrated chicken but whether good or bad, I will let you know. Very important to have emergency supplies these days.

I've been an Emergency Essentials… I've been an Emergency Essentials customer for years. There were a few hiccups in this order, I believe due to the chaos of everyone ordering at the same time in the CoVid crisis, but the staff was amazing. It took a while, they are very busy now, but they worked pleasantly with me until everything was straightened out. I will continue to use EE for my prepping needs and recommend anyone else considering them to do the same. You will not be disappointed.
