Excellent Shipping was perfect, arrived still frozen, with plenty of dry ice to spare. Purchased several different caviar, so far have tried the Paddlefish and the Chum Salmon. Both were excellent. The Chum is just as described. Perfectly dry, and lots of pop. Really good flavor, and not too salty. THe Paddlefish was also really good for the price, nice color, lots of flavor. Will definitely buy from Global Seafoods again!

The mussels from global seafoods were a… The mussels from global seafoods were a delight surprise fresh clean and free of grit. They steamed beautiful and absorbed the flavor of the birth nicely. A great addition to our seafood night.

Packaging is a PROBLEM! Packaging is a PROBLEM! Box is too big for 1 kg of caviar. 1 kg should be packed in 2 small packages, and in a much smaller cooler. Actual package with caviar was broken, ice was melted and all plastic bags were torn. Caviar is very delicious and good quality, but too big amount for a month without partially freeze.
