GBOrder shipped out on Tuesday and… Order shipped out on Tuesday and finally received on Monday. Crab was very warm and had a bad smell. I have contacted and informed Global Seafood. I have not heard back to see if they will be doing anything about it. Global seafood called immediately and offered money back or resend order Very good customer service!

GBThe caviar was still fresh & delicious The caviar was still fresh & delicious. I was apprehensive about the package date but the caviar was sealed well to reduce oxidation. I've ordered from Global Seafoods once and I plan to do it again. I recommend their product to anyone who loves caviar. Also, the help desk of Global were informative and responded in a timely manner.

GBProof positive a stand up company you… Proof positive a stand up company you can trust. - I had a problem with my shipment delivery on my 1st order. I notified the Global Seafood and within 30 seconds they said..... no problem... we will reship the order. They hadn't even had time to verify that my order wasn't delivered properly. The replacement order came without a hitch and the smoked lox was indescribably delicious. GREAT COMPANY GREAT PRODUCTS **** Give them a try...

GBExcellent product and service. The product (I ordered two different kinds of 'red caviar' or salmon roe) is excellent. Fresh, high quality, low salt. Arrived in a cooler, packed together with dry ice, properly frozen. I will definitely order again and will try more products. So glad I found this shop.

GB20lb of fish leftovers Tried to leave a review on their website but it looks like they can choose reviews. Late May 2023 I ordered 20lb of fish - Chum Salmon Fillet Portions 6 oz, 90% was fish tails and fish collars when it should had been the other way around since fish has one tail and two collars. A bit disappointed to receive 20lb of fish leftovers.
