Disappointment Placed my order on Dec. 6 for delivery on Dec. 19. One item, the Swedish Farmers Cheese, was of utmost importance. On Dec. 17, I got notification from Paypal that I had been refunded $22 for the cheese, which was out of stock! Never heard anything from the seller. Had to find the cheese someplace else and pay another expedited shipping fee in order to have this cheese for Christmas. Upon calling the seller, he claims he is blameless, since people come in to his store and buy his stock. I would think that if somebody has ordered the item, it could be set aside to make sure the order can be fulfilled. Will never use this seller again.

I have been happy with them I have been happy with them, but on this occasion, I just ordered some soup that expires on 5/24. The owner claims that the best dates are still good. If you are planning to purchase items to stock I suggest ask before placing the order. I, will not order again.

Everything as requested---and still cold! Thrilled to find Swedish Christmas ham online for our yearly Julbord! All items were very well packed (Glass items--herring, mustard and pickles--individually bubble wrapped) and the ham was still frozen when it got here from Florida. I also wish they could negotiate better shipping rates with UPS. But it's Christmas and I want authentic Swedish food---from SWEDEN!. (Not IKEA brand)

Didn't deliver in time, blames everyone else Blamed me for ordering only nine days before Christmas party. When they shipped it UPS six days later and it didn't arrive in time, they blamed UPS and me for not ordering early enough. Do not trust. Carlo C., their operations manager is an absolute a*s*s.

I live close and could drive to their store here in Florida, but I find their online shopping experience very easy.
